Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from GanxTV at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account and data:
- Open the GanxTV app on your device
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Account → Delete Account
- Confirm deletion — your data is removed within 24 hours

Option 2 — Email Request
Send a deletion request email to our privacy team:
Email privacy@ganxtv.comPlease include your registered email address in the message. We'll confirm receipt within 48 hours.
What gets deleted
✅Your account profile and preferences
✅Watch history and search history
✅Payment records (billing info, invoices)
✅Subscriptions and active plans
✅Any content you uploaded as a publisher
⏳Anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days for platform improvement
⚖️Financial transaction records may be retained for 7 years to comply with Indian GST regulations
